Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the 4K Clarity service.
1. Agreement
By subscribing to or using 4K Clarity you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
Your credentials are personal to your household. Sharing them outside your household, reselling access or using more simultaneous devices than your plan allows may result in suspension without refund.
3. Service availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but streaming depends on your internet connection, your device and third-party networks. Short interruptions for maintenance or source changes can occur.
4. Acceptable use
You may not record, rebroadcast, resell or publicly perform content delivered through the service. Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload our infrastructure ends the subscription immediately.
5. Payments and renewals
Plans are prepaid for the term you select and do not auto-renew into a contract. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay; taxes may apply in some regions.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Third-party applications
The service may be used with third-party player applications. We do not control those applications and are not responsible for problems caused by them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
